School of Social Work
- Lecturer/ Part Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/ Professor
Qualifications for Midlands State University Recruitment Gweru 2022:
- A Bachelor of Social Work with least a 2.1 pass
- Masters in Clinical Social Work preferably with experience of working in a hospital setting.
- PhD in Social Work will be an added advantage
- Registration with the Council of Social Work
- Commitment to register for all foreign social work qualification holders
Duties and Responsibilities:
The candidate must be capable of supervising both undergraduate and postgraduate students’ research work, assess students on Work Related Learning and should be able to teach the following modules:
- Developmental Social Work
- Social Policy
- Macro Practice.
- Field work supervision
